Abraham Maslow's 'Hierarchy of Needs' framework categorizes human needs into 5 buckets. Maslow categorizes people's physical needs as the most essential and most essential. Remote workers must look for taking active care of their body and mind in remote work. Self-Actualization is rare, Maslow believes that achieving self-actualization is quite rare. Remote Workers must look to fulfil the needs in the higher hierarchy only when he/ she has sufficiently satisfied the previous need.
