Refocus's revenue at Refocus has reached 4.8M since launching in January from scratch. The goal is to divide any objective into many simple steps that we can manage on a daily or weekly basis. The direct way to compute revenue is by addressing the sales department and its effectiveness. The number of sales specialists in the team can be measured by micro-levels metrics: the number of calls initiated by one manager and the time spent speaking with leads. When this occurs, sales forces are unable to communicate with the clients qualitatively, which as a result, makes them sell less effectively.
