All of this is so SERIOUS! Money getting lost! Customers having a terrible experience! However, in the midst of it all, I have found it to be critical to have a sense of humor. We shouldn’t forget that everyone is a human in this process and is going through varying degrees of stress. Injecting doses of humor at appropriate junctures helps relieve some of that pressure.
