This is seriously terrific. Your project exemplifies the apply-tremendous-hard-work-to-interesting-problems approach that I love in the worldwide community of dev learning. I’m not surprised however by the results; legacy code is business reality, I’m told design patterns are at the heart of everything (still newbie enough to not be quite there yet myself), and I look forward to re-reading Clean Code as a dev rather than a manager. Great work!
